We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic serving Phoenix’s Northwest Valley. Our patients pay a flat-rate monthly membership fee and we do not bill insurance. Our simplified healthcare model lets us offer improved access to your doctor, no rushed appointments, wellness care, urgent care, and much, much more for less than the cost of your phone bill.

Additionally, within our office we offer the convenience of giving you access to multiple different types of services under one roof. Aside from direct primary care you can also find services for hormone therapy, IV therapy and medically supervised weight loss management.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) takes the insurance and politics out of medicine, so we can provide your family with the care that they deserve.

Hi, I’m Dr. Vanessa Tartaglia (Dr. T for short!). I am passionate about providing personal and preventative healthcare to my patients. I spent more than 16 years working as a family care practitioner and understand the downfalls of traditional medicine. With the Direct Primary Care model, I love that I am able to provide my patients with the best care possible.
